Penwith Gallery St Ives - Save the Roof Charity Auction. The Penwith Gallery is the home of the Penwith Society of Arts, founded by Barbara Hepworth, Ben Nicholson, Peter Lanyon et al. Today the Penwith offers a year-round programme of exhibitions, free workshops to local children, & are proud members of the St Ives community.

Formerly an old pilchard packing factory, the gallery has a remarkable complex of buildings, including 3 public galleries, artists’ studios, a print workshop & sculpture courtyard. They have recently had a survey done on the gallery roofs after noticing some sizeable roof damage, & they are in desperate need of repair.

Members, Associates & staff have come together to donate pieces of work for a fundraiser in order to keep our beloved gallery open & thriving. All proceeds go straight towards our repairs.
